Mountainfilm on Tour takes over Saugatuck
Founded in 1979, Mountainfilm is one of America’s longest-running film festivals. The annual festival is held every Memorial Day weekend in Telluride, CO. Mountainfilm is a dynamic nonprofit organization and festival that celebrates stories of indomitable spirit and aims to inspire audiences through film, art and ideas.

For the last 20 years, the Saugatuck Center for the Arts has brought together local students from across West Michigan to dig into other cultures, traditions, stories, and spirits. These unique learning experiences are possible through the power of film.

We have curated an unforgettable lineup of films showcasing makers, thinkers, explorers, and doers from across the globe. Mountainfilm celebrates adventure and the indomitable human spirit – and we’re excited to bring that energy and spirit to our community for the 5th annual Mountainfilm on Tour: Saugatuck Saugatuck Film Festival.
