Outdoor Event Policies

We’re so excited to offer incredible experiences outdoors under the Saugatuck summer sun. Sometimes there are questions about what can and can’t be done at our outdoor events, we’re hoping to clear some of that up here.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES

  • We are NOT a part of the Saugatuck social district. This means that no outside beverages are allowed, even in the social district cups.
  • Even your own non-alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted. Our bar always has awesome non-alcoholic options for all ages.
  • Empty containers for water ARE permitted.
  • Enjoy the food options we have on site at events. Please do not bring your own meals or snacks into our campus.

THE SCA IS A WEAPON FREE ZONE

  • We have a zero tolerance policy for weapons on the SCA campus regardless of reasons. If a weapon of any type is seen on your person, you will be asked to return it to your vehicle or another offsite location. We will not hesitate to contact police if met with any type of opposition on this topic.

NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE IS PERMITTED ON THE SCA PROPERTY

  • We are a tobacco and drug free campus. Vaping, smoking, or any type of drug use is not permitted.

NO PETS ALLOWED

  • We love dogs, cats, bunnies, and all other creatures – however, we can’t have them at our outdoor events. We are responsible for all of the people within our property and all of those people have different experiences with animals, and we want each and every person to be comfortable.
  • Exceptions can be made for service animals.
