ABOUT THE ARTIST
Stephanie Jackson
Stephanie Jackson is an Anishinaabe mixed-media artist and educator from Mt. Pleasant, MI. She graduated from Central Michigan University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s in Art, Art History and Museum Studies.
Her work is inspired by the local flora and fauna she grew up with, which she sketches and develops into block prints and customizes with watercolor and gouache.
