Inspired by the beauty of peak season florals and foliage, participants will learn how to design, arrange, and take care of their very own porch-ready container garden. Scotty shares his knowledge of creating custom garden spaces and planters, while showing participants how to select plants that will not only thrive in your space, but express your personal style. Enjoy a coffee and light summer refreshments while you dig into the dirt and create something spectacular.

Scotty Jacobs
Scotty Jacobs is a boutique garden creator, community builder, and creative collaborator – as well as SCA Creative Fellow Alumnus (2022).
Scotty’s personalized approach is rooted in enthusiasm and service to others and inspires clients to grow closer with their gardens and communities. By intentionally curating visions for outdoor living spaces that encourage personal growth, self-improvement and social joy, he creates room for change and inspiration.
After 15 years of digging in the dirt, Scotty has also expanded on sharing his journey of self-improvement and other personal creative endeavors. Cooking, writing, painting, kettlebell exercises, public speaking, community building & educating, are some of his passions that fuel his work. His collaborations include: pop-up food socials, inspirational/motivational copy creation, personal art trading, community art installations, wedding officiating, and garden & nature based workshops.
