Live Auction Packages

Package 1: “Dunelands” Home Tour + Al Fresco dinner for 6

If you're a design aficionado, love spectacular lake views, or search out absolutely unique experiences, this package is for you.

Hosts Kevin Toukoumidis and Greg Brisson share their award-winning new home, Dunelands, for an evening of architecture, art, and culinary creativity.

Built on a sand dune, this spectacular home is nestled on a narrow ridge between Lake Michigan and the Saugatuck Dunes State Park -- an absolute "Pure Michigan" setting for this once in a lifetime evening in a modern architectural wonder.

Kevin and his architecture firm, dSPACE Studio, designed Dunelands as an artful house that respects the land and promotes wellness and outdoor living. Completed in 2023, the editors of Architectural Digest described it as “context-driven and boundary-pushing.” The home has received a prestigious Residential Design Architecture Award, a design award from the American Institute of Architecture (AIA), and has generated global interest and publicity. Influential Australian design magazine The Local Project called it “a graceful yet robust masterpiece that reveals itself in a beautiful conversation between architecture and landscape.”

The evening features a tour of the two-story interior— designed to house the couple's noteworthy art collection – along with thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces including a lap pool, and a dining deck and sunset lounge layered to match the topography of the rolling dunes.

Guests will revel in an al fresco dinner with wine pairings created by Chef Russ Faulk, author of the acclaimed cookbook Food + Fire. Passionate about wood-fired cooking, Chef Faulk will serve an assortment of meats and seasonal vegetables cooked on a Kalamazoo Hybrid Fire Grill, the world’s highest-performance grill—a global luxury brand made locally in southwest Michigan.

We'll cap off the evening with drinks at sunset on the deck, and if luck holds, you may convince Greg to sit down at the piano and serve up a few tunes.

Guests will receive a copy of Contemporary Living Yearbook 2025, published by Beta Publishing, featuring Dunelands along with other spectacular homes from across the globe. They will also receive a copy of Food + Fire by Chef Faulk.

About your hosts for the evening: Kevin Toukoumidis is founding-principal at the award-winning architectural firm dSPACE Studio based in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Saugatuck. Greg Brisson is a doctor of internal medicine and Associate Professor of Medicine at Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University. Kevin and Greg are passionate about our community, the Great Lakes environment, and the arts & creativity. They are looking forward to meeting you!

Package date to be arranged between the winner and hosts; fall 2024 or 2025.

Package donated by Greg Brisson & Kevin Toukoumidis.

Package 3: Luxe Glamping Get-Away for 6 at The Fields of Michigan

We’re serving up the perfect “Pure Michigan” family vacation, girls trip, or friends reunion for 6 guests at The Fields of Michigan

Host and owner Irene Woods, along with Chef + Sommelier (and SCA Creative Fellow) Mindy Trafman, welcome you for two nights of dreamy glamping set amid woods and blueberry fields in South Haven. Your party of 6 will stay in The Fields’ chic tents – think pillow-top beds, en suite bathrooms, chandeliers, and private fire pits!

During your 2-day stay, Chef Mindy prepares and serves a delicious breakfast right to your tents each morning. One of the evenings, you’ll revel in an out-of-this-world, farm-fresh al fresco dinner created by Mindy and served in The Fields’ gorgeous outdoor setting (did we mention wine pairings curated by Mindy?!).

Spend your other evening with a late-afternoon river cruise aboard the Michigan Maritime Museum’s vintage launch the Lindy Lou, featuring drinks and appetizers!  Then head over to Taste in downtown South Haven for a fabulous dinner, and stroll out to the South Haven lighthouse to watch the sun set!

During the days you can stroll through the working blueberry farm, where 40,000 pounds of blueberries are produced annually – feel free to sample the fruit as you go! Borrow bicycles and cruise around the fishing pond. Indulge in a spa treatment inside of a vintage Airstream trailer, located at the end of a winding wooded path. Savor and sip at the onsite bar, and even roast marshmallows at your private campfire pit or the group fire!

Plus, The Fields is a quick drive away from fabulous local wineries, Hawks Head Golf Course (4.5 Star Rating by Golf Digest), shopping in South Haven’s charming downtown, and the Michigan Maritime Museum (you'll enjoy free admission!). And of course South Haven’s renowned South and North Beaches.

As Irene says: The Fields Camp is a return to life’s simple pleasures. Our best-in-class team allows you to experience an authentic connection with nature mixed with elevated luxuries all brought to life through a one-of-a-kind curated experience. But don’t take Irene’s word for it … reviews from Conde Nast Traveller to Forbes to Chicago Magazine laud the lush setting, lovely amenities, and bespoke guest experience you’ll enjoy.

This getaway package can be booked at The Fields for Summer 2025.

Package donated by Irene Woods, Mindy Trafman, Cathy & Clark Carmichael.
