Teresa Van Eyk, owner of Satya Yoga Saugatuck, will be guiding participants through a relaxing class which consists of 60 minutes of yoga and ends with a 15 minute crystal singing bowl sound bath. The singing bowls, made of crystal quartz, are instruments that are tuned to play frequencies that create the types of brainwaves that are present during deep restorative sleep.
