We’re gathering in a picture-perfect setting: the vineyards at Modales Winery. Your evening begins with a drink + appetizers overlooking the pollination gardens and fields. Then you’ll be seated family style in the vineyards for a fresh farm-to-table dining experience created by Chef Mindy Trafman (formerly chef at Coast 236 and The Fields; now owner of Somm + Seeds). Also a Level 3 Sommelier, Chef Mindy will present wine pairings that complement each course.
The result: summer’s freshest tastes, directly from Modales’ vineyards and area farms, mingling to create an evening you will long remember.
