Co-created by esteemed chef and level 3 Sommelier, and former SCA Creative Fellow, Mindy Trafman, this intimate dinner experience thoughtfully weaves together the wonders of both visual and culinary arts. The menu is consciously crafted to reflect the artist’s current work and themes with fresh and inventive dishes and drinks. Dinners include 5-courses of unique and seasonal flavors and are perfectly paired with hand-selected wines.
