Cowboy Junkies

April 8

Sometimes revolutions begin quitely.

The international musical sensation, Cowboy Junkies hit the stage at the SCA on April 8th at 7:00 pm. This group, touring since 1985, has released 26 hit albums with loved numbers such as “Sweet Jane”, “A Common Disaster”, and “Misguided Angel”.

Cowboy Junkies bring their alternative country/blues/folk rock sound to the SCA after touring North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia. This group, unlike most long-lasting groups, have never had a break up or taken a sanity-saving hiatus. There’s an appreciation of each other that keeps them constantly working — and it shows in their music.
