Jenny Bongiorno is a professional gardener, community educator, organic farmer, and the owner of Good Day Gardens LLC, a boutique gardening company dedicated to regenerative growing practices. With a passion for sustainability, Jenny helps cultivate mutually beneficial relationships, connecting people with nature and opportunities to learn about environmentally responsible gardening. At Good Day Gardens, she focuses on techniques that enrich the soil, restore ecosystems, and promote biodiversity, ensuring that every garden she cultivates contributes to a healthier planet.

Jaer Medina is an artist and community organizer based out of Holland, Michigan. His work blends Mexican-American culture and new media practices. Having graduated with a BA from the Visual and Media Arts Department at Grand Valley State University, Jaer is interested in photography, sculpture, and space-making. He believes art can be a tool to strengthen community bonds through cultural appreciation. When not at CultureWorks, Jaer runs a community-based art gallery out of his garage, CREA. The space serves as an incubator for emerging and established artists to curate art shows, lead workshops, host lectures, or simply hang out.

Olivia Deters is a designer and textile artist with over 30 years of hands-on experience. With a formal education in apparel design + merchandising, her approach merges heritage techniques with modern innovation. Traditional techniques like handloom weaving and natural dying are incorporated into her design approach - with a focus on upcycling materials and low impact processes. When Olivia’s not sewing or pouring over a dye bath, you can find her living my best life floating in a cool, refreshing body water.
