About The Program
Learn alongside local star Chef Mindy Trafman — of Isabel’s Market & Eatery and Coast 236 — the ins-and-outs of making pizza! Pizza is a favorite dish for all ages and Chef Mindy will teach you how to make it from scratch.
Campers get a glimpse into the world of a professional kitchen, learn valuable cooking skills from a veteran chef, and enjoy (eating) their hard-earned work. Incorporate the visual arts and the culinary arts by designing a menu and learning how to present a dish!
All cooking and dining will be held outdoors on Coast 236’s patio.
