Do you love art and animals? We’re excited to introduce this very special camp in partnership with Wishbone Pet Rescue! Spend time with cats & dogs and learn to draw and paint their portraits with special instruction from Grand Rapids artist, Caroline Hahn. We’ll take a field trip to Douglas to sit and draw with the cats at the shelter–and later–the dogs will come to visit us at the SCA! Learn about the animals you draw and their stories. Work on your skills in pet portraiture, gesture drawing, and spend time finding your calm surrounded by your favorite furry friends. Your artwork may even be selected by Wishbone to help animals get adopted! A healthy snack is provided.
