You tried.
You missed.
You're invited.
Saturday, November 9 | 1:00 – 4:00 pm
Mistakes can be magical. Errors can be extraordinary. Failures can be fruitful—and even when they’re not…it’s still okay! Celebrate and connect over the imperfections that make us all human at SCA’s one-of-a-kind Fail-A-Bration! Inspired by the launch of Brad and Kristi Montague’s new book and exhibition, join the community in celebrating the blunders we all encounter. A burned cookie, a missed appointment, a stained shirt, and all the little disappointments that can happen to all of us—even you!
Belt out a song out of key, write yourself a letter, cheer on your fellow failed attempts, and learn to fail better.
Who is this event for? Children and former-children from near to far who want to celebrate the moments that we’re in right now. For recovering-perfectionists, life-long learners, curiosity-curators, joy-warriors, and everyone in-between. If you’ve ever tried. If you’ve ever missed. You’re invited.

Whoopsie Workshop
A torn paper collage. A scribble reimagined. An accidental spill turned into a masterpiece. This space is all about taking creative risks and reframing our imaginations to ask, “what is the best thing that could happen?” This is a space to imagine boldly, push your boundaries, and play with uninhibited creativity.
Listening Lounge

Pedal Plop
Join our partners, Velo Kids, on the pavilion for a bicycle obstacle course where twists and tumbles all help us learn how to get up and try again!
