Package 1: “Dunelands” Home Tour + Al Fresco dinner for 6
For design enthusiasts, lovers of stunning lake views, or those seeking one-of-a-kind experiences, this unforgettable evening is not to be missed.
Join hosts Kevin Toukoumidis and Greg Brisson as they open the doors to their award-winning home, Dunelands, for an extraordinary night of architecture, art, and culinary delight. Perched atop a sand dune and nestled between the shimmering waters of Lake Michigan and the wilderness of Saugatuck Dunes State Park, this modern residence offers an extraordinary setting for an intimate night, set against the quintessential splendor of Pure Michigan.
Your experience begins with a private tour of the home’s striking two-story interior, thoughtfully designed to highlight the couple’s remarkable art collection. You’ll then be guided through the stunning outdoor areas—featuring a lap pool, sunset lounge, and dining deck—that harmonize seamlessly with the natural dunes and surrounding landscape.
Guests will revel in a beautifully crafted al fresco dinner by cookbook author and Kalamazoo Grillmaster Russ Faulk, together with Stephanie Banyas, seasoned culinary expert, author and Kalamazoo Culinary Experience Manager. The meal, paired with fine wines, features wood-fired meats and seasonal vegetables prepared on the Kalamazoo Hybrid Fire Grill, the pinnacle of high-performance outdoor cooking proudly made in Southwest Michigan. We’ll cap off the evening with drinks at sunset on the deck, and if luck holds, you may convince Greg to sit down at the piano and serve up a few tunes.
Guests will receive two special keepsakes: a copy of Contemporary Living Yearbook 2025 from Beta Publishing, featuring Dunelands alongside other extraordinary global homes, and a signed copy of Food + Fire by Grillmaster Russ Faulk.
Dunelands—completed in 2023—was envisioned by Kevin and Greg as an artful sanctuary that honors the land while fostering wellness and outdoor living. Lauded by Architectural Digest as “context-driven and boundary-pushing,” the home has garnered global acclaim, earning an American Architecture Award in 2024, recognition as Michigan’s Best House in the 2025 Detroit Design Awards, and praise from The Local Project as “a graceful yet robust masterpiece where architecture and landscape engage in a beautiful conversation.”
About your hosts for the evening: Kevin Toukoumidis is founding principal at the AIA award-winning architectural firm dSPACE Studio based in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Saugatuck. Greg Brisson is a doctor of internal medicine and Associate Professor of Medicine at Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University. Kevin and Greg are passionate about our community, the Great Lakes environment, and the arts & creativity.
They are looking forward to meeting you! Package date to be arranged between the winner and hosts.

Package 3: Dinner at Marigold Lodge + MillerKnoll Archives Tour for 8
This is a once-in-a-lifetime creative experience coupling iconic design with culinary artistry.
You’ll begin with a private tour of the newly renovated Herman Miller Archives in its new location (Recently featured on CBS Sunday Morning) with Director of Archives and Brand Heritage Amy Ausherman. Opening to the public on a limited basis beginning summer 2025, the MillerKnoll Archives house an extensive collection of modern furniture design and an inaugural exhibition Manufacturing Modern. MillerKnoll’s origins trace back to the early 20th-century Modernist movement, which championed purposeful, innovative, and accessible design. Visionaries like Florence Knoll, George Nelson, Eero Saarinen, Ray and Charles Eames, Harry Bertoia, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, and Marcel Breuer were deeply influenced by institutions such as the Bauhaus, Cranbrook Academy of Art, and the Museum of Modern Art. Their groundbreaking philosophies shaped Knoll and Herman Miller’s approach, blending craft with industry to redefine interiors and revolutionize furniture production. This exclusive experience offers unparalleled insight into MillerKnoll’s past, present, and future.
Then head to Marigold Lodge, MillerKnoll’s private hosting facility for VIP events and guests. At over 100 years old, Marigold and the enduring buildings and grounds of Superior Point embody MillerKnoll’s values for thoughtful design and connective experiences. They offer a unique blend of history, design, and hospitality to MillerKnoll guests.
Built in 1912, Marigold is located on a 7-acre peninsula which projects into Lake Macatawa. The main house is a two-story Prairie School structure, outfitted with a stunning array of iconic furniture pieces and fabrics. Guests will grab a glass of wine before heading off for a tour of the Lodge.
Then, sit down to a bespoke dinner in the dining room — along with wine pairings — created by the Lodge Chef. End this utterly unique evening with a nightcap as you watch the sunset over Lake Macatawa.

Spectacular Architecture + Art Home Tour + Dinner for 6
Friday, September 11, 2026 | 5 - 10pm
Package donated by Jana + Bernardo Hees
If you love cutting edge architecture, world class art, and one-of-a-kind dining, this is your dream experience! Homeowner Jana Hees welcomes you to her Saugatuck retreat on Silver Lake. You’ll enjoy a private tour for 6, guided by Jana and Kevin Toukoumidis, founder of dSPACE Studio and the architect of this award-winning home. You’ll experience Jana’s globally sourced contemporary art collection which is thoughtfully curated throughout the home.
Then sit down to a fresh dinner for six crafted by Paolo Romero. Paolo is a personal chef, originally trained as a pastry professional, with formal culinary education at Faculdade Anhembi-Morumbi in São Paulo and the Institute of Culinary Education in New York. In his craft, he blends classical techniques with the flavors and traditions of Brazilian cuisine. Finish up with a nightcap and watch the stars come out on Jana’s beautiful outdoor terrace.
This AIA award-winning home offers a layered architectural experience that invites interaction with nature and the Hees’ art collection, which includes over 70 pieces—two of them commissioned for the site. Originally from Rio, the Hees’ sought to incorporate Brazilian elements into a contemporary design that harmonizes with the land. In this serene setting, the structure becomes a sculptural object—an immersive space where architecture, art, and nature converge in an engaging multisensory experience.
Approached through a meadow animated by a kinetic sculpture by Raul Mourão, the one-story front elevation reads as a contemporary cabin, composed to minimize the home’s impact on the land. This pavilion serves as both the entry and a study. Primary living spaces, bedrooms, and secondary areas are located below grade, embedded into the hill and concealed by a green roof.
Inside, a sloping roof guides you down the stairway, drawing you into the landscape. The architecture unfolds like a journey—angular geometries, varied ceiling heights, and filtered natural light create a dynamic interior that evolves with movement, offering generous display space for art and moments of stillness.
The interior celebrates Brazilian modernism through expressive furnishings and bold color. Jana personally curated a collection of iconic pieces, including designs by Joaquim Tenreiro, Sergio Rodrigues and Isay Weinfeld, along with works by other contemporary Brazilian designers.
Don’t miss this very special opportunity to spend time with Jana and Kevin, and experience a deeply creative home like no other!
Home tour + dinner for 6 to be taken on Friday, September 11, 2026
