Much more than a tribute act, "Live From Laurel Canyon ~ Songs & Stories of American Folk Rock" is a journey….
Live from Laurel Canyon takes us through the music and stories of some of the most influential artists who lived in Laurel Canyon, California, between 1965 and 1975.  Similar to other legendary rock and roll neighborhoods of the same era like Haight Ashbury in San Fransisco or Greenwich Village in the NYC, Laurel Canyon was a community of artists who would forge new genres of music (Folk Rock) and forever change the look, sound and attitude of American pop music.

Live from Laurel Canyon is a journey through a special time in American pop music featuring hits from The Mamas and The Papas, the Byrds, Buffalo Springfield, Doors, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, James Taylor, Carole King, Joni Mitchell, Jackson Browne, Linda Ronstadt, America, and the Eagles.

A special time in American pop music that pays homage to the musical legacy of Laurel Canyon. A gathering of friends for friends, and the interpretation of classic songs with narrated stories from this special neighborhood and most important era in music; an era that defined a generation and whose relevance transcended and influenced the generations to come.
Join us for an evening of the music you love and the stories that inspired it.
Sponsored by Stephen Kiss of Hilliard Lyons, Holland Doctors of Audiology, Hoffman Jewelers, Jim Sellman of Shoreline Realtors, George Stoutin of Edward Jones, and Mark Davis & Nate Keag.
